George Sorial

George is an attorney, award-winning author and consultant with decades of international experience across multiple industries, specializing in general corporate law, government affairs, business strategy/transformation, real estate development, and building strategic global alliances. He is a Managing Member with KORG Commercial Partners, LLC and the Founder of Sorial Consulting, LLC. George is the former EVP and Counsel to The Trump Organization and its affiliated companies with respect to its global portfolio and was its first Chief Compliance Counsel after the 2016 USA Presidential Election. He was formerly associated with the Day Pitney law firm and was a partner with DeCotiis, FitzPatrick, Cole & Giblin LLP. He holds a JD/MBA from Boston University and an LLM from Seton Hall Law School.
