Matt Mochary

Matt Mochary is the CEO of Mochary Method, a company dedicated to coaching heads of tech firms and investment groups while developing software and services to enhance operational effectiveness for scaling companies. Since March 2013, Matt has also served as an advisor to various organizations, including Sequoia Capital Growth Fund, Benchmark, Greenoaks Capital, OpenAI, Coinbase, Reddit, Brex, Flexport, and Sonder Inc., providing coaching to prominent CEOs such as Sam Altman, Brian Armstrong, and Steve Huffman. Matt holds an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Humanities from Yale University, alongside prior education at Phillips Academy Andover and CTY.
