Wesley Dencker

Wesley Dencker is an experienced professional in software engineering and product management with a strong background in startups and technology. Currently at Greenoaks since November 2024, Wesley previously worked at Pioneer.app from October 2021 to May 2024, where software and machine learning were utilized to identify promising early-stage founders. As a co-founder of Startups, Wesley launched various software projects, including a restaurant point-of-sale platform and a social note-taking app. Earlier roles include Product Manager at Microsoft, where coordination of product efforts on the Edge team took place, and a Summer Analyst position at CMA Strategy Consulting, focusing on market research and financial modeling. Wesley started the career as a Summer Software Engineer at Bonsai App, primarily working with JavaScript. Wesley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Economics from Brown University.
