Sara Tapak

Sara Tapak is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in organizational development and wellness, currently serving as a Human Resources Advisor at Hôtel-Dieu Grace Healthcare since February 2015. Previously held roles include Labour Relations Advisor and WSIB Coordinator at the Greater Essex County District School Board, along with positions in client services and adjudication at Green Shield Canada and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board. Sara began their career as a Client Support Services Manager at CDN Logistics, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Resource Management and Labor Relations from Wayne State University and current pursuit of a Master’s degree in Leadership at the University of Guelph.
