Amandine Rousset

Amandine Rousset is an experienced professional in the field of phytochemistry and extraction processes, currently serving as Responsable Laboratoire Phytochimie at Greentech since October 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Doctorante en extraction végétale at Guatecs from November 2019 to October 2022 and an engineering internship at METAROM Group focused on natural flavor extraction. Amandine also completed a stage at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 2018, optimizing supercritical CO2 extraction methods. Early career experience includes a quality control role at HARIBO FRANCE and as a lifeguard with Sdis 11 - Service d'Incendie et de Secours de l'Aude. Amandine holds an engineering degree in chemistry from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Montpellier and a master's degree in chemical engineering from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
