Fabian Unterzaucher has been working in the hotel industry for over 20 years. Fabian started as an Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at Sheraton, and then moved on to be the Director of Food and Beverage at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. In 2001, they became the Director of Operations at The Charles Hotel, where they managed the operation of a 293 room hotel, two award-winning restaurants, a Hall of Fame Jazz Club, a lounge/bar, state of the art banquet facilities and an Italian themed Sandwich shop. After four years at The Charles Hotel, they moved on to their current position as an Advisor at Greenville Chamber.
Fabian Unterzaucher has a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Ecole hoteliere de Lausanne in CH. Fabian also has a Chef Diploma from Chef apprenticeship school & Spatenhaus an der Oper in Munich. Lastly, they have an Abitur from Walther Rathenau Gymnasium in Berlin.
