Pascal Clouaire

Pascal Clouaire serves as the Vice-president of Grenoble-Alpes Métropole since September 2020, with responsibilities in culture, education, and citizen participation, while also advising the municipal government of Grenoble. Additionally, Pascal holds the position of President at ESAD .Grenoble .Valence and has been a member of the Commission nationale du débat public, representing the Association des Maires de France since March 2018. In academia, Pascal directs the Master's Degree in Digital Media Strategy at Sciences Po Grenoble and contributes as the Director of Information Systems at the same institution. Previous roles include leadership positions at Société d'économie mixte INNOVIA Grenoble Durablement, the Groupement d’Intérêt Économique GRINNTERS, and as Deputy Mayor for local democracy and economic affairs in Grenoble. Pascal's academic background includes a Doctorate in Information and Communication Sciences from Université Grenoble Alpes and a Master’s in Information Technology from Grenoble INP - UGA.
