Sylvain Laval

Sylvain Laval is an experienced political leader currently serving as Président du Syndicat Mixte des Mobilités de l’Aire Grenobloise (SMMAG) since October 2020 and as Vice-président of Espace public, Voirie, Infrastructures cyclables et Mobilités douces for Grenoble-Alpes Métropole since September 2020. Additionally, Sylvain holds the position of Co-président de la commission mobilités for the Association des maires de France and has been the Maire of Saint-Martin-Le-Vinoux since March 2014, where responsibilities include oversight of economic development and enterprise relations. Past roles include Chef de cabinet for the Garde des sceaux at the Ministère de la Justice and significant advisory positions in various ministries, including the Ministry of Higher Education and Research.
