Roger Longden

Roger Longden is an accomplished business leader and educator with extensive experience in OKR implementation, coaching, and organizational performance. Since December 2009, Roger has served as Chairman of There Be Giants, focusing on strategic initiatives and culture development to enhance business growth. In addition to founding the OKR Coach Academy, Roger has held various roles, including Lead Consultant at Morgan Redwood and Director at My Accountancy Place. Currently, Roger contributes as a Visiting Lecturer at Manchester Metropolitan University. With a solid academic background, including a Post Graduate Certificate in Coaching from Henley Business School, Roger is dedicated to improving organizational effectiveness and fostering talent development.
