Drew Williams, CPM®, ARM®, CAM-SH, currently serves as a Regional Property Manager at Greystar since April 2024, overseeing 1200 units across Atlanta, Tampa, and Birmingham. Previously, Drew held the same title at RADCO Residential, managing properties and supporting the organization’s strategic goals. A Senior Portfolio Manager at Common, Drew managed eight assets in Boston and D.C. Prior experience includes a National Operations Manager role at CF Real Estate Services LLC, where Drew facilitated the transition and supervision of multifamily real estate investments, and a Senior Community Director position at The Worthing Companies, focusing on rebranding and value enhancement of a luxury urban midrise. Drew also contributed significantly in various roles at Lincoln Property Company, including managing multimillion-dollar renovations and employee training.
