Frederick Lee

Frederick Lee is a seasoned training and development professional with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from The University of Texas at Arlington. Currently serving as a Regional Learning and Development Advisor at Greystar since January 2023, Frederick has previously held the role of Master Trainer at Chewy, where responsibilities included delivering training programs and enhancing onboarding processes to reduce employee turnover. Prior to that, Frederick worked as a Training Manager at Holiday Inn Club Vacations, focusing on program evaluation and cross-training initiatives.
