Rena Marron

Rena Marron is a seasoned professional in property management, currently serving as Senior Regional Manager at Greystar since September 2024. Previously, Rena held the position of Regional Vice President at RPM Living from September 2023 to May 2024, overseeing a team of three Regional Managers and managing 1,200 units across Class A properties in Middle Tennessee. As Area Vice President at BH from April 2018 to September 2023, Rena led two District Managers and 30 employees across seven communities, with oversight of more than 1,200 units undergoing renovations. Rena also served as Regional Manager at Steadfast Management Company, managing 1,600 units over five communities, and began a career at Equity Residential as a Property Manager, developing and managing budgets for communities of 126 to 350 units. Rena's extensive experience includes effective expense management, budget creation, and successful client negotiations.
