Dave Levitan

Dave Levitan is a climate reporter for Grid where he focuses on interconnected stories about climate and science, and politics shaping action around both. Dave’s work has appeared in over 50 outlets including the Atlantic, Time, Wired, Scientific American, and the Washington Post. He’s the author of "Not A Scientist: How Politicians Mistake, Misrepresent, and Utterly Mangle Science," a dismantling of deceptive political arguments about science and climate change. He is a graduate of Haverford College and NYU's Science, Health, and Environmental Reporting Program.
