Kaushik Subramanian

Kaushik Subramanian is a Partner at EQT Ventures since March 2023, specializing in investments from an operator's perspective. As an Advisor and Angel Investor since January 2019, Kaushik supports startups with product development and best practices. Currently, Kaushik serves on the Board of Directors for Griffin and Native Voice and advises at Entrepreneur First. Previous roles include Product Lead at Stripe, where significant contributions were made in Money Movement and Payouts, and at Meta, focusing on app monetization strategies. Earlier experience includes a consultative role at McKinsey & Company and marketing/brand management at L'Oréal. Kaushik holds an M.B.A. from INSEAD, a Bachelor of Engineering from Pune University, and a PGDM in Brand Management from MICA.
