Paul Brow

Paul Brow is an experienced professional in management with a diverse background in various industries, including healthcare, retail, and food services. Currently serving as the Assistant Center Manager at Grifols since October 2022, Paul previously held the role of Multi/Unit Center Manager at National Spine & Pain Centers from January 2022 to October 2022, after serving as Assistant Manager at Harris Teeter from December 2020 to January 2022. Paul initially joined Grifols as a Center Leadership Trainee and later became an Assistant Manager between April 2017 and December 2020. A significant part of Paul's career includes a tenure as Managing Partner at Chili's and Brinker International from 2000 to 2010, along with earlier experience as a Bartender at Ralphies Diner from 1990 to 1999. Educationally, Paul holds a B.S. in Mathematics with a focus on Actuarial Science from Towson University (1993-1997) and has an extensive background from the United States Naval Academy, covering the years 1983 to 1987.
