Erin Willingham

Erin Willingham is a seasoned technology professional currently serving as a Senior Staff Cloud Engineer at Grindr since June 2024. Previously, Erin held the position of VP of Platform Engineering at Nurdle AI from September 2023 to July 2024, managing a fully remote team and overseeing platform management via Terraform across multiple AWS accounts. Prior experience includes serving as VP of Platform Engineering at Spectrum Labs, where Erin architected a high-performing SaaS infrastructure, and as a Platform Engineer at Salesforce, focusing on Terraform and AWS VPC migrations following the acquisition of Krux by Salesforce. Erin also contributed to Krux Digital as a Platform Engineer, designing a global metric collection solution, and worked at Pangea Money Transfer, Vodori, and in system administration roles at America's Remote Help Desk and Fullerton and Company Insurance.
