Robert Lanicca

Robert LaNicca currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Consulting Services at GROM Associates, Inc., where responsibilities include guiding enterprises through digital transformation using SAP solutions. Prior to this role, Robert held various positions at NTT DATA Services, including Director of Commercial Industries, where efforts focused on assisting customers with new technology applications for digital transformation. Additional roles included Director/Sales Leader of the SAP GTM Sales Team and Director of the SAP GTM Mid Atlantic Region. Robert also contributed to Optimal Solutions as a Director and has experience at GROM Associates in strategic consulting for SAP implementations. Academically, Robert holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Villanova University and CLU and ChFC designations from The American College of Financial Services.
