Ralph Pallante

Ralph Pallante currently serves as the Director and Chief of Staff at Group 1001, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this role, Ralph Pallante worked at OneAmerica from March 2020 to October 2024 as Director of the Chief of Staff Office, providing strategic guidance and operational support to the executive team. From March 2006 to March 2020, Ralph Pallante was with Wells Fargo, initially as VP of Institutional and Retirement Business Development Strategy, where responsibility included marketing and communication strategy, followed by a role as Vice President and Channel Manager, focusing on developing channel strategy. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Product Manager at Fidelity Investments from 1996 to 2006, where Ralph Pallante planned and executed product goals and marketing initiatives, and as Sr. Retirement Representative at Evergreen/Keystone Investments from April 1994 to October 1996. Ralph Pallante earned a Bachelor’s degree from Purdue University.
