Steven Harkness

Steven Harkness is an experienced Education Services Specialist at Baker Hill since March 2021, responsible for client-facing training delivery across various formats for all products. Prior to this role, Steven served at America First Credit Union from October 2006 to March 2021, holding multiple positions including Business Data Administrator/Business Trainer, Certified Teller Trainer, Lead Teller, and Training Officer, where Steven developed training programs, supervised teller lines, and facilitated employee orientations and leadership training. Steven holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication with an emphasis in Training and Development and an Associate's degree from Weber State University, as well as a high school diploma from Weber High School.
