Géraldine Puisy-Dia

Géraldine PUISY-DIA is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as DRH/Adjointe de direction filiale TREMBLAYE at Groupe BERTO since January 2024, while simultaneously holding the role of Responsable communication at Groupe TREMBLAYE since December 2005, focusing on employer brand development. Géraldine has extensive experience as Directrice RH, specializing in recruitment, employee integration and support, team management, compliance with employment regulations, and strategic competency development. Géraldine also founded and directs the internal training organization 'Transform,' which is certified and registered with Datadock and Qualiopi, delivering mandatory training programs. In addition, Géraldine has contributed to academia as an Intervenante at Cnam Pays de la Loire in 2019.
