Christophe Philippe

Christophe Philippe currently serves as Chef de rang at GROUPE BOURDONCLE since October 2021, following a brief tenure in the same role at brasserie le Central in Trouville sur Mer from October to November 2021. Previously, Christophe held the position of Responsable restauration at Chez Miocque from January to August 2020. Education includes a Certificat d'aptitude professionnelle (CAP) in business management from Cfa Caen, completed between January 1984 and December 1986.
