Isabelle Couture

Isabelle Couture is a seasoned professional in human resources and operations management with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Directrice des ressources humaines et RSE Groupe at Groupe Bourdoncle since April 2023, Isabelle previously held the position of Directrice des exploitations at Sodexo Live! from November 2018 to April 2023, overseeing 14 sites with a team of 400 employees. Key responsibilities included ensuring profitability, managing operational projects, and leading strategic recruitment and employee development initiatives. Prior to this, Isabelle held various roles at Sodexo, including Directrice Développement Emploi et Mobilité, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment strategy and budget management, as well as consulting roles at Robert Half International and Adecco. Isabelle Couture holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, and has ongoing executive training at Sciences Po.
