Tamara Nakonechny

Tamara Nakonechny is an accomplished Design Director with extensive experience in the fashion industry, currently serving at Groupe Dynamite since June 2021. Previous roles include Lead Designer for Addition Elle, where Tamara focused on making high fashion accessible to plus-sized women from November 2015 to June 2020, and Lead Designer at Jacob, where a refreshed brand vision was developed. As Design Director for ABS Sportswear at Groupe Corwik Inc, Tamara built a trend-focused brand and managed the product development process. Earlier experience includes leading the development of LAMB by Gwen Stefani at Fashion Icon (DES Studio) and various apparel commodities at Le Chateau. Tamara holds a Bachelor of Design in Fashion/Apparel Design from Ryerson University.
