Sherazade Mauchien

Sherazade Mauchien is a seasoned professional in urban planning and real estate project management, currently serving as Responsable de programme at Groupe Edouard Denis since July 2021. In this role, Sherazade manages various aspects of project definition, urban planning authorization, community relations, commercial strategies, land acquisition, and oversight of construction and financial progress. Prior experience includes serving as Responsable de projets immobiliers at European Homes, as well as roles in urban studies and project management for Mairie de Nogent-sur-oise and CDC Habitat. Sherazade’s educational background includes a Master 2 Pro in Urban Projects and Operations from Université Paris Nanterre and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Université Sorbonne Paris Nord. Additionally, Sherazade has international experience as a French tutor in Australia.
