Alicia Degraeve

Alicia Degraeve has a comprehensive background in corporate social responsibility, compliance, and legal counsel. Currently serving as Responsable RSE et Conformité Groupe at Groupe Samse since July 2019, Alicia previously held roles including Chargée de mission RSE et Conformité and was engaged with Airbus Defence and Space, where responsibilities included governance support for approximately 150 subsidiaries, project development, and cross-disciplinary coordination. Prior experience includes serving as a Legal Counsel in the Corporate/M&A Department at PwC Société d'Avocats, where Alicia drafted legal documentation and conducted regulatory analysis, and as a Junior Consultant at Chambre des Métiers et de l'Artisanat du Gard, advising entrepreneurs on various business strategies. Alicia holds two master's degrees, one from SKEMA Business School and another from ULCO, specializing in business management and European and Comparative Business Law.
