María Muñoz de Juan

Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in health, nutrition, and business management. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store dedicated to organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana's expertise in nutrition is exemplified through work as a Nutritionist in a private practice from 2016 to 2019 and as a university lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching courses on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food.
