Courtney Cummins

Courtney Cummins is an experienced buyer with a diverse background in retail and sourcing across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Buyer at Grove Collaborative since September 2018, Courtney has held roles as Personal Care Buyer and Associate Buyer. Previously, Courtney worked at Gump's from August 2015 to September 2018 as an Associate Buyer for Decor, Objet, and Fragrance, and as an Assistant Buyer for Decorative Accessories and Art. As the Owner and Buyer for Rilla, an online boutique established in April 2014, Courtney focused on supporting eclectic designers and artists while curating a unique selection of vintage pieces. Courtney's earlier experience includes roles as Buyer and Store Director at The Art Institute of California, where responsibilities included vendor sourcing and contract negotiation, as well as teaching positions at Sogang University. With a B.F.A. in Art History from The University of Kansas, Courtney combines art expertise with extensive purchasing experience.
