Paulo Carlos

Paulo Carlos is a Product Designer with extensive experience in creating engaging digital experiences across various industries. Currently at Grow Therapy since February 2024, Paulo focuses on expanding the client-therapist marketplace within mental health care. Prior roles include designing digital interactions for lululemon's web and iOS platforms, developing complex admin workflows for D2L's Brightspace learning management system, and leading the user experience design for Nokia's MPWR app, which surpassed one million installs on Google Play. Paulo also contributed to Nokia's design system as a User Experience Design Intern and gained early experience through internships at Evilnut Creative Technology and Pinmo. Paulo holds a Bachelor of Science in Interactive Arts & Technology from Simon Fraser University and an International Baccalaureate Diploma.
