Joe D.

Joe D. is a Co-Founder of GrowGrows, a premium baby and children’s sleepwear brand focused on quality, innovation, and sustainability, operational since November 2021 and recognized as a Certified B Corp. Previously, Joe D. founded Cool Cold Brew, which operated from July 2015 to November 2022, and served as Chief Operating Officer for The Shirt Society from December 2019 to May 2020. Joe D. also held roles as Regional Enterprise Coordinator at NACUE and as a member of the Enterprise Advisory Group at Stockton Riverside College. Early experience includes positions as a Personal Assistant and Project Administrator at the Manchester Writing School, an Administrative Assistant for International Admissions at Manchester Metropolitan University, and a Bartender at JW Lees Brewery. Joe D. holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and International Politics from The Manchester Metropolitan University and has additional qualifications from Loreto Sixth Form College and St Antony's Catholic College.
