Nilesh Khartad

Nilesh Khartad is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in program management and strategic leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as the Business Head in the Founders Office at GrowthSchool since June 2024, Nilesh has previously held a Program Manager role at Xenspire, where product development for a recruitment solution was spearheaded. Nilesh optimized lead generation at BYJU'S, achieving significant daily leads and dramatically reducing lead qualification time. Nilesh’s career also includes co-founding Rewodu, focusing on robotics and coding education, and serving as a Center Head at IMS Learning Resources. Nilesh began the professional journey as a Graduate Management Trainee at Haldia Petrochemicals and holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, as well as a BTech in Instrumentation Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
