Kim Harris

Kim Harris is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching, business management, and leadership. As the Co-Founder and Owner of Positive Professionals since January 2024, Kim has established a strong foundation in the coaching industry, complemented by a role as a Coaching Expert at GrowthSpace since May 2022, and ownership of Fear to Fierce Coaching, LLC since September 2018. Kim also served as a Mental Fitness Coach at Positive Intelligence from October 2021 to July 2024 and held a senior executive position at the United States Department of Defense from 1987 to May 2022. Kim Harris holds a Master of Business Administration from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in Russian Studies and Economics with a minor in History from the University of Virginia.
