Brian Baer

Brian Baer is the founder of growve, a brand aggregator specializing in acquiring and operating world-class natural brands in the supplement, body care, food, household and pet categories. Brian is also the founder of VIVA 5, a nutraceutical company. Prior to their current positions, Baer served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Alan James Group.

Baer has over 20 years of experience in the health food industry. Brian got their start as a sales rep for a health food company before being promoted to Vice President of the Southeast Region, where they were responsible for all mass market sales for the company. Brian then took on the role of VP, Sales & Marketing for the Alan James Group. In this position, they were responsible for overseeing all sales and marketing operations for the company.

Baer’s experience and success in the health food industry led him to their current position as founder of growve. Under their leadership, growve has been named to Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing list and has recently been awarded two first-place Drug Store News Buyers’ Choice Awards for its Fruily™ brand.

Brian Baer attended Florida International University from 1989 to 1994, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Brian was a member of the Cross Country and Track and Field Team, as well as Pi Kappa Alpha during their time at FIU.
