Responsibilities include budget control, contract management, training, and process improvement implementation. Mislane previously held roles such as Supervisora de Manutenção e Planejamento and Técnica de Planejamento, overseeing maintenance operations across various segments, developing performance indicators, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
