Gema Cobo has a diverse work experience in marketing and project management roles. Gema started their career in 2003 as an Account Coordinator at 141 Worldwide and then moved on to G&G. Ginfizz and Gibson Comunicación, where they worked as a Senior Account Coordinator. In this role, they managed customer communication, developed marketing plans, and coordinated market launches.
In 2011, Gema joined Grundfos and held various positions. Gema started as a Marketing Coordinator for the Building & Retail Industry, where they implemented marketing activities and coordinated distribution channels. Later, they became the Iberia Marketing Team Leader, focusing on business development, customer loyalty, and budget compliance. Gema then served as the South Western Europe Marketing Manager for the Domestic Building Services Division, responsible for implementing marketing strategies, overseeing product development, and monitoring sales performance.
Currently, Gema is the Lead Marketing Project Manager in the Industry Global Marketing department at Grundfos. In this role, their responsibilities include driving global marketing activities, ensuring project objectives and targets are met, executing campaigns, and monitoring budgets.
Throughout their career, Gema has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive business growth through effective marketing strategies.
Gema Cobo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca from 1995 to 2000. Gema then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the same university from 2000 to 2002. In 2020, they completed the PDD - Programa de Desarrollo Directivo (Management Development Program) from IESE Business School. Additionally, they acquired a Power MBA from thePower in the same year.
