Eric Johannsen

Eric Johannsen is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in software development, engineering leadership, and strategic turnaround initiatives. Currently serving as a Consultant at Gruntwork, Eric leads a team of Infrastructure-as-Code experts. Previously, as Chief Technology Officer at Dama Financial, Eric played a pivotal role in the company's successful exit while achieving profitability through cost reduction and enhanced software reliability. Eric has held key positions, including VP of Engineering at GrowFlow and Strategic Vision, where Eric focused on machine learning and technology implementation. With a strong foundation in software architecture and development, Eric has contributed significantly to various companies, including O'Reilly Media as an author and BlueCava as VP of Engineering. Eric holds a BS in Physics from UC San Diego.
