Adrian Gorczyca is an experienced eCommerce leader with a proven track record in digital strategy and online performance management across various industries. Currently serving as Head of eCommerce at Grupa Pracuj since October 2020, Adrian has previously held significant roles including Digital & eCommerce Unit Manager at Samsung Electronics and Head of Digital Performance & Ecommerce at T-Mobile. Expertise includes team leadership, eCommerce strategy development, website development utilizing Scrum methodologies, performance marketing, and data analysis. Adrian's educational background encompasses a Master's degree in e-business from the University of Warsaw and postgraduate studies in User Experience Design from Uniwersytet SWPS, complemented by an engineer's degree in Information Technology.
