Tania Álvarez

Tania Álvarez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate communications, social responsibility, and sustainability. Currently serving as the Corporate Communications & Events Senior Manager and Social Responsibility & AlEn Foundation Manager at Grupo AlEn, Tania has previously held several key roles in sustainability at Sigma, including Global Sustainability Manager and Head of Global Sustainability. Tania also contributed to the World Business Council for Sustainable Development as an Associate focused on Food Reform for Sustainability & Health (FReSH) and began a career in accounts payable at GE Aviation. Tania's background in human resources at Sitel complements a solid foundation established with a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Regiomontana S.C., earned between 2008 and 2013.
