Arthur Alves is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate venture capital, strategic management, and innovation. Currently serving as a Strategic Thinking Sr Manager at Grupo Boticário and President of Insper Angels, Alves has a strong background in facilitating investment opportunities and networking within the tech ecosystem. Alves has held significant roles, including Corporate Venture Capital Manager at Gerdau and Corporate Venture Capital Leader at ACE Cortex, where important ventures and acquisitions were executed. Previous positions include founding EasyFront and holding various managerial roles at Grupo Souza Lima and Procter & Gamble. Alves holds an MBA in Finance from Insper and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the same institution, with an additional education experience at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
