Leandro Santana

Leandro Santana currently serves as a Business Tech Analyst III at Grupo Boticário since December 2023. Prior to this role, Leandro worked at Teknisa from August 2013 to December 2023 as a Consultor Pleno, focusing on software installation and management, including oversight of Windows environments and validation of Linux environments for mobile applications. Leandro's experience also includes serving as an Instrutor de treinamento for Grupo Trigo from March 2010 to December 2012, where responsibilities involved training new franchisees on sales and back-office systems, including inventory, sales metrics, and financial reporting. Leandro holds a degree in Computer Science from Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul (2010-2014) and is pursuing a specialization in Software Architecture at FIAP (2023-2024).
