Sonia Martinez Jimenez

Sonia Martinez Jimenez serves as the Corporate Financial Director and Head of Corporate Finance at Ferrer since September 2009, leading a team of 22 professionals across various financial areas, including Accounting & Corporate Consolidation, Tax, Accounts Payables, Transactional Processes, and Business Support. Prior to this role, Sonia held the position of Head of Accounting and Financial Reporting at Deloitte España from January 2000 to September 2009, where responsibilities included managing the audit of financial statements for various industrial and service sector groups, ensuring compliance with both Spanish and International accounting standards, and overseeing audits for listed companies. Sonia holds a Licenciatura en Dirección y Administración de Empresa from Universitat de Barcelona (1995-1999) and completed a PDD in Leadership and Marketing at Esade (2019-2020).
