Currently a member of The Business Club, Rachel serves as Conselheira Advisor and Coordenadora do Comitê de Estratégia & Tecnologia at Grupo Fleury and holds an independent advisory position in multiple organizations including Fundação Dom Cabral's Núcleo de Inovação e Empreendedorismo. As the Founder and CEO of Maisha Ventures, Rachel leads initiatives focused on business development and early-stage investments in science and technology startups. Past roles include advisory positions at Bloom Care and Omega Energia, and co-founding Hekima, where Rachel played a crucial role in launching AI-related products. Educational background includes degrees from Stanford University, Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, and an MBA from Ibmec.
