Juan Cristóbal Pavez Recart

Mr. Pavez is a member of the boards of Grupo Security and Vida Security.

Since 2001 Mr. Pavez is the CEO of Centinela, an investment company with interests in different areas, including the energy and the financial industries. In 1999, Mr. Pavez cofounded Eventures, an Internet company with subsidiaries in Chile, Argentina and Brazil. Previously, Mr. Pavez was portfolio analyst at Moneda Asset Management and CEO of Santana, an investment company. While at Santana, he was vice chairman and interim CEO of Laboratorios Andrómaco, one of Santana's main assets.

He is also a board member of GeoPark and Chairman of Instituto de Estudios de la Sociedad, a Chilean think tank.

Mr. Pavez earned a degree in business administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
