Jhon Aponte Aroca

Jhon Aponte Aroca has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Director de RR. HH. at Grupo Tawa Chile since June 2019, while also fulfilling roles as Responsable de recursos humanos and Consultor de operaciones at Grupo Tawa and Tawa Chile, respectively. Prior experience includes serving as Jefe de recursos humanos at Prisa Depot Chile from October 2013 to May 2018 and at Grupo Prisa from December 2012 to December 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing payroll, managing personnel, and handling a workforce of 500 employees through direct hiring and subcontracting. Jhon Aponte Aroca graduated from Fundación Universitaria Los Libertadores, completing studies between 2000 and 2005.
