Currently serving as Supervisora de Produção at Grupo Zanchetta since July 2024, Helena previously held roles at Bello Alimentos, BTJ AQUA, Baduy e Cia Ltda, Seara Alimentos LTDA, Geociclo Biotecnologia S/A, and BRF, with a strong focus on production management, personnel supervision, and process improvement. Helena's significant contributions include the startup of poultry cutting operations, implementation of safety and quality programs, and management of production indicators to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
