The Project and Production Team at GSM Outdoors is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of innovative outdoor products. The Project Managers coordinate project timelines and resources, the Production Manager ensures manufacturing processes are smooth and efficient, and the Production Artist designs and finalizes product visuals. Together, they ensure that GSM’s high standards for quality and innovation are met, from concept through production.
