Past leadership roles include Chairman positions at Jama Software, Experity, Storable, Worksoft, and Kinnser Software, significantly impacting the fields of requirements management, urgent care, and home health solutions. Lauck is also a Board Member at Centerbase, focusing on legal billing and practice management.
