Rachel Watson

Rachel Watson, CSP, currently serves as the Field Safety Director at Guarantee Electrical Company since January 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Health and Safety Specialist at Western Sugar Cooperative from February 2017 to January 2021, overseeing health and safety for a manufacturing facility with over 180 employees and conducting investigations of incidents and injuries. From August 2015 to February 2017, Rachel operated as a Safety Consultant, collaborating with clients to maintain health and safety databases and develop OSHA-compliant procedures. Prior roles at M-I SWACO included Environment, Health and Safety Manager and Health, Safety, and Environmental Specialist, where Rachel designed and implemented safety programs and conducted training for employees. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Vanguard University of Southern California, obtained in 2007.
