Sonika Hegde is a seasoned benefits management professional with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Senior Benefits Manager at Guardant Health since March 2021, Sonika previously worked at Mercer from December 2013 to March 2021, progressing through roles including Senior Associate, Associate, and Senior Analyst.
