Ernie Stefkovic

Ernie Stefkovic is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. As the former Director of Guardian Asset Management since January 2016, Ernie has played a crucial role in managing and protecting assets for various government entities and private mortgage banks. Prior to this, Ernie served as CEO of Equitable Asset Management Inc. from November 2013 to November 2016, leading a boutique firm specializing in national valuation products. Ernie also founded and led Asset Management Specialists as CEO from January 1994 to October 2013, establishing a national property preservation firm. Ernie holds a BS in Marketing Finance from Temple University, with a background in Business Administration.
