Nicolas Sansen

Nicolas Sansen is a seasoned operations manager with extensive experience in leading plant operations and team management within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Operations at Guardian Industries since March 2023, Nicolas previously held multiple roles at both Guardian Industries and Saint-Gobain. At Saint-Gobain, the position of Site Fabrication Manager involved overseeing plant operations, including management of 98 personnel across six production lines and logistics. Prior to that, as Operations Manager at Guardian Industries, Nicolas managed 195 team members across two production lines and logistics departments. Expertise also includes significant roles in production line management, material control, and continuous improvement initiatives during a long tenure at Guardian Industries, beginning as Lamination Line Manager and progressing through various leadership positions. Nicolas holds an engineering degree in mechanical and production engineering from Ecole nationale d'Ingénieurs de Metz.
